Prior to your function, we will meet and discuss your function vision, seating plan, theming/decorating, catering, and bar requirements.  You can then select either our:

• Stand room set up | no additional charges
• Or the Complete room set up package | price depending on additional set up requirements

Our Stand room set up offers:

We prepare the venue and set up ready for your theming/decorating team to add your final touches.

• The venue set up as discussed during our planning meeting and cleaned by the Cambridge Raceway team
• We set all tables/seating and bar leaners how you would like them
• The day after your function, after you have removed your belongings, we clean the room and remove all rubbish for you
• We can also install a stage (stage hire additional) if needed

The Complete set up package:

We offer a complete set up package where we will set up/dress the room to fit your vision. The cost of this varies depending how creative and imaginative you want to be with decorations etc.

Talk to our team about your options and budget and we will come up with a tailored package to suit your theme and ideas.

• The room is prepared and cleaned by Cambridge Raceway
• We set all tables/seating and bar leaners how you would like them
• We will put all linen on your tables, fold linen napkins (if required)
• We will create a clear seating plan with you and set it up as mapped out
• We are happy to send you a photo of the venue once set to show you how gorgeous it looks!
• The morning after your function we will have all your equipment packed down and ready for you to collect.
